1 cup raw pepitas
1/2 cup raw almonds (try soaking/removing skin)
1/2cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup hemp seeds
6 chopped pitted Medjool dates
1/4 cup warm coconut oil
1/2 small lemon (juice only)
2 tsp. spirulina
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. raw honey (or more to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS: Add all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined. Add water as needed. Roll into balls and dust with spirulina or coconut.
