Living Through Change: Adapting Gracefully: A Three Day Yoga, Meditation and with Siri Bani and Sarah Brassard

Join us for our next three-day, two-night RETREAT. This retreat is for those 18+ who would like support while going through CHANGE. Surrounded by nature and like-minded new friends, we will learn tools to create a stable base of support, self love and acceptance. Tools to create a sacred WELLness foundation from which you may build! During this weekend, we will explore the common theme of transition. Some transitions happen without suddenly, and can be dramatic, as in cases of accidents, death, divorce, job loss, or serious illness. Other life transitions come from positive experiences such as getting married, going away to college, starting a new job, moving to a new city, or giving birth to a child. Whether you are transitioning from highschool to college, one job to the next, navigating a divorce, a job loss, all transitions share a common theme and this workshops welcomes and celebrates the diversity of ages and experiences. It in our diversity and adversity that we find commonalities, strength and empowerment.
