Join us as we celebrate Summer Solstice, one of the most powerful times of the year! This specialized retreat focuses the energy of this cosmic event to help you fan the flame of your creative life force and invite clarity and focus into your life. This event is for people who want to take advantage of this sacred time to go into stillness and create balance from a place where you can release tension and patterns that are no longer needed so you may burn bright in the coming year. Together, we will uplift our spirits with Kundalini Yoga, meditation, gong, and live mantra music. You will also have plenty of free time for self-guided hiking, relaxing in the wood-fired sauna, swimming in the pond, or reading in the sun with the goats! We will be enjoying a seasonal, organic menu of kitchari, fresh juice and mylks, all made with ingredients specifically selected to fuel your body, mind and spirit during this Summer Solstice.
