Siri Bani Kaur’s teaching has given me a whole new outlook on life, one much more optimistic than any other yoga teacher I have ever worked with. It’s not just that she teaches yoga, she is a healer. The asanas in conjunction with the meditations and vibrations of the gong combine to give a transcendent experience to the yoga practitioner. This is not just ordinary yoga. Siri’s teaching has been enormously helpful to my painting and animation practice. The imaginative, playful quality of Kundalini along with Siri’s deep connection to the arts (she herself is an artist) make her an ideal teacher for anyone aspiring to be an artist. This is soul lifting, mind altering stuff that offers the possibility of life change! (View Laura’s beautiful work)
“I highly recommend Siri Bani Kaur / Cindy Ludlam in any capacity in which she serves. In her role as teacher, in which I know her best, she comes straight from and straight to, the heart. As a kundalini yoga teacher, she brings so much humility, kindness, joy & insight to these already rich teachings. She speaks with great reverence and wisdom while sharing generously her light hearted and fun-loving spirit. While she is so very kind, she is also very much a person who pushes you beyond your limits. Her creativity and inspiration seem boundless and being in her presence reminds one that this way of being is possible. I know when I go to one of her classes that I will: 1) get a great work out! 2.) have time and space to go within and be present with what is 3.) Feel so grateful for all the inspiration, balance and peace that I received.” – (View Maura’s Website)

I first met Siri Bani Kaur my Sophomore year in high school. She was my art teacher and I nervously showed her the work that I had been making before I transfered schools. She immediately saw potential in me, and wanted to move me from the first level class to a senior class. Since that day, Siri Bani has pushed me to new heights in my work. Through high school she gave me motivation to work creatively as well as work thoughtfully. Through tough times my Senior year Siri was there for everything I needed and helped me tremendously. Now that I’m in college at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I miss her guidance but she has taught me well, and I’m currently satisfied in my mind, body and soul. – (View Nate’s artwork)
This studio has changed my life. I always feel amazing when I step into KYB and I feel even better when I leave. The studio has helped me heal from trauma, deepened my meditation practice, and aided me in manifesting abundance and miracles on my path. So grateful!
“Siri Bani Kaur is a truly amazing person. In fact, amazing seems so inadequate to describe her. She believed in me at times when I didn’t believe in myself. When I started seeking her for advice at CH-CH, my confidence level changed. My academic performance went from failing to National Honor Society. I am now completing my studies in Psychology at Eugene Lang College The New School For Liberal Arts, and I have continued to be successful. Siri Bani was the first person I could talk to about spirituality. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be on this beautiful spiritual path. Practicing Kundalini Yoga has opened up a whole new set of doors for me. When I moved to New York, Siri Bani even connected me to her Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer, Hari Kaur Khalsa, so that I could continue my practice. I am now completing my Level 1 Teacher Training at Hari NYC. Siri Bani is more than just a dorm parent I had in high school. She’s more than just my 12th grade Art History teacher. She’s much more than the person that introduced me to Kundalini Yoga. She has become a lifelong mentor. Siri Bani gave me the strength to grow into my authentic self. She gave me the courage to move forward in life so that I can use the tools she gave me to help others. I miss her, but we still keep in touch, and I will always carry her guidance in my heart. Whether you’re a student at CH-CH, a parent of a CH-CH student, or a person who attends her yoga studio, seek Siri Bani out for guidance. She is more than amazing, and her mentor-ship will touch your life forever.”
